Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it by mail. Simply send us an email including the order number and the reason for the return. You will receive a confirmation email and instructions regarding the return procedure. The item must be in new, unused condition and must not have been worn or show signs of wear.

Note: The Company does not pay postal charges for returns. Sale items are final sales. However, any defective item will be replaced without charge.

You have 7 days to send us an email with a request for return. A credit note will be charged to your account. However, if an item does not respect our return policy, the Company reserves the right to refuse a return.

Product Availability and Handling Times

The Company agrees to process your order within 48 hours of payment. Delivery times may vary. If the product is in stock, it will be ready for shipping within 48 hours. However, if the product is no longer in stock, delivery times may be longer. You will be sent an email notification as soon as possible. The Company is not responsible for shipping times once the shipping company has picked up the package.
